AVATAR TOS
⤷ All avatars are for PERSONAL USE only. Meaning no one but you can use the avatar.⤷ Entering all info accurately when checking out. If info cannot be linked back to you that means your purchase is not valid.⤷ All work can only be obtained from my shop. Other methods of obtaining my work is prohibited and not allowed.⤷ Do not claim my work as your own.⤷ Do not sell/resell my avatars, parts of avatars, or textures (edited or not).⤷ Do not reuse/strip assets or textures from any paid or free avatars.⤷ Do not redistribute packages.⤷ Do not publish any paid or free avatars (edited or not) as public on VRChat or other platforms.⤷ Do not upload onto other peoples accounts.⤷ Do not make recreations, edits, counterfeits, or counterparts of any avatars regardless of personal use or not. All avatars are my own concepts/designs, doing this will be plagiarizing my work.⤷ You may use my avatars on other VR platforms for personal use only.⤷ Do not price split.⤷ Refunds are not allowed.⤷ Making edits of my avatars is allowed. As long as it doesn't become unrecognizable or stray away from my work. If you're unsure, feel free to ask in my server!
If you're wanting to commission someone to make an edit of my avatar. Please open a ticket in my server and let me know in advance.⤷ I am not responsible for any updates or edits that break my avatars. This also means I am not responsible for updating any older avatars if VRChat makes any future updates.⤷ Using my work for for any social media or vtubing is allowed. Just be sure to properly credit me (link to shop, Discord, or other social media) as long as it is not hateful, malicious, or illegal. I am not responsible for any liabilities or consequences.⤷ Using my work, designs, or concepts for merchandise is not allowed.⤷ If you're banned from either my shop or server, you lose all rights to using my work.
ASSETS & TEXTURES TOS
⤷ Credit must be given/included.⤷ All work can only be obtained from my shop. Other methods of obtaining my work is prohibited and not allowed.⤷ Buy the appropriate licenses for my assets. There are separate personal and commercial use licenses. If you end up/accidentally buying the personal use license but want commercial, you must pay for the commercial license option.⤷ Entering all info accurately when checking out. If info cannot be linked back to you that means your purchase is not valid.⤷ Do not claim my work as your own.⤷ Do not remove watermark off textures.⤷ Do not sell/resell my assets or textures (edited or not) by itself.⤷ Do not redistribute assets by itself.⤷ Making edits of assets or textures is allowed. As long as it doesn't become unrecognizable or stray away from my work. If you're unsure, feel free to ask in my server!⤷ Assets and textures can be used on paid, free, nitro, or public avatars as long as you purchase the commercial license.⤷ You may use my assets in other VR/social game as long as it's for personal use only.⤷ Do not price split.⤷ Refunds are not allowed.⤷ Using my work for for any social media or vtubing is allowed. ART & ADOPTS TOS
⤷ Credit must be given/included at all times.⤷ Artist may decline/reject a commission request for any reason.⤷ No refunds are offered at this time.⤷ Depending on order size, a deposit may be required. This deposit is non-refundable.⤷ All work in progress and finished art pieces will be posted on social media or Discord unless asked not to.⤷ There are no physical copies/prints, only digital files.⤷ All art is for personal use only! Commercial rights must be discussed beforehand (streaming, YouTube, advertising, badges, emotes, making 3D models, etc).⤷ Art cannot be used for merchandise, must be discussed beforehand.⤷ Art cannot be used for AI generation or related. Do not include art in anything to AI in general.⤷ NFT usage is not allowed.⤷ Changes to design/colours to any adopts made by me once purchased/acquired is allowed, credit for original design must be given.⤷ Trading, reselling, or gifting my adopts is allowed once acquired, credit must be included. That way buyers or whoever you're trading with knows who the artist is.
The only exception to this rule is if you have used my design for any commercial purposes. Then you can ONLY trade or regift the adopt.⤷ You cannot sell individual pieces from the adopt, please have the intention to use the whole character.
